Lead AI Engineer 4C
About the role
Onsite lead AI engineer in Quezon City for Genpact's AI Gigafactory. The work is evaluation strategy for AI models and agents — frameworks, human evals, test datasets, and feeding findings back into research and product.
What you'll do
- Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and success metrics for AI models (text, agents)
- Define methodologies for performance, safety, robustness, fairness, and user experience
- Lead large-scale human evaluations, including tasks, guidelines, and quality controls
- Create and maintain high-quality test datasets, including adversarial and edge-case scenarios
- Analyze evaluation results and turn findings into recommendations for research, engineering, and product
- Contribute to responsible AI policies, red-team strategies, and risk-mitigation plans
Requirements
- Experience in AI/ML evaluation, model testing, data science, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model behavior, and evaluation metrics
- Experience designing and running human-in-the-loop evaluations or annotation workflows
- Proficiency with Python, data analysis tools, and experiment-tracking frameworks
- Advanced English (C1)
