Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect - GoHighLevel Expert
About the role
Huzzle is hiring a senior architect to own client-facing automation systems — GoHighLevel, n8n/Make/Zapier, APIs — and explain those systems to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Audit, optimize, and scale existing client-facing automation systems.
- Build advanced automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation (SOPs, guides, internal knowledge base).
- Design end-to-end AI and automation systems tailored to client business needs.
- Architect integrations across CRM, email, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot live systems to ensure performance and scalability.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
- Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes.
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, user guides, technical specs).
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
