Copilot Studio AI Engineers
About the role
Design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft ecosystem as part of ING Hubs Philippines' Generative AI team.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop reusable AI components and agentic solution patterns
- Apply prompt engineering best practices and design grounding/context-management approaches
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft technologies, APIs, and connectors
- Conduct testing, validation, and production deployments
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development or automation experience
- Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design
- Experience with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
