Senior Social Science & Quantitative Methods Domain Expert
About the role
Innodata wants a senior quantitative social scientist to check statistical diagrams and model outputs, and to write hard tasks for AI training and evaluation.
What you'll do
- Interpret and validate social-science graphics, SEM path diagrams, and research charts.
- Check causal diagrams, identification strategies, and model-fit claims.
- Write challenging tasks, templates, and reference solutions for AI training and evaluation.
- Review datasets, statistical code, papers, and model outputs for errors.
- Use the work in RLHF, domain benchmarking, and model alignment.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Economics, Quantitative Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Political Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional or academic research in multivariate modeling, SEM, or causal inference.
- Familiarity with R, Stata, Mplus, or Python, and with AI evaluation workflows.
