AI Program Manager (APAC)

About the role

Run the APAC AI portfolio system of record for a financial-institution client — intake, gates, approvals, and benefits reporting. For a Taguig program manager with 6–10 years in PMO who can work with Product, Risk, Security, and Data.

What you'll do

• Run weekly/biweekly/monthly governance forums; publish agendas, minutes, actions, RAID, and decision logs; maintain an auditable record.
• Administer standardized intake; validate completeness (sponsor/owners, baseline/target, measurement plan, data/security considerations).
• Track initiatives through Discover → Design → Build → Validate → Deploy → Run & Optimize; ensure gate evidence is compiled.
• Maintain dependency and approvals trackers; coordinate access requests and recertification reminders; escalate aged blockers.
• Maintain baseline/target/actuals and variance narratives; produce steering packs and dashboards (cycle time, incident/rework, manual effort avoided, adoption proxies).

Requirements

• 6–10 years in program management, PMO, portfolio governance, or operations transformation; tech-enabled change experience preferred.
• Strong program operations skills (RAID, action/decision tracking, stakeholder follow-up, facilitation support).
• Practical AI delivery fluency (data sensitivity, validation/testing, deployment/monitoring, human oversight) and ability to partner with Product/Tech, Risk, Security, and Data teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common work management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent).
