AI Project Coordinator
About the role
KDCI is hiring an entry-level AI Project Coordinator in Pasig to support AI implementation projects: tracking timelines, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders, and keeping delivery organized, with a growth path toward an AI Lead role.
What you'll do
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status logs across active AI implementation and pilot projects.
- Support scope, milestone, and success criteria documentation under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Trainers, and stakeholders.
- Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for AI project teams.
- Prepare project status updates and reporting materials for internal leadership.
- Support QA cycles and UAT coordination for AI deliverables.
Requirements
- This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI project delivery.
- Work closely with senior project managers and the wider delivery team.
