AI Learning & Development Specialist
About the role
KDCI is hiring an AI Learning & Development Specialist in Pasig to design and deliver training that enables new hires and employees to use AI tools, including onboarding curricula, workshops, assessments, and ongoing curriculum iteration.
What you'll do
- Design structured onboarding and upskilling curricula covering AI tool usage, prompt techniques, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate evolving AI capabilities into clear, role-specific training modules.
- Develop assessments, exercises, and certification checkpoints to measure trainee readiness.
- Facilitate live and self-paced training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct hands-on workshops covering AI tools relevant to recruitment, client delivery, and internal operations.
- Maintain a training knowledge base, including user guides and recorded training sessions.
Requirements
- Hands-on AI proficiency combined with strong training and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design onboarding programs, conduct workshops, and assess learner readiness.
- Ability to continuously improve training curricula based on operational needs and learning outcomes.
