About the role

Luma is looking for an experienced AI Creative Producer who can take an idea from concept to finished, performance-ready ad. The role combines storytelling, advertising, editing, and AI production for paid creative.

What you'll do

• Develop and produce high-performing paid-ad creative from concept to finished asset
• Write scripts and build hooks for direct-response advertising
• Generate AI video and image content (Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Midjourney, or equivalent) and edit in post
• Keep faces, products, environments, and lighting consistent with no obvious AI artifacts
• Work with Creative Strategists, editors, designers, and marketers on performance creative

Requirements

• Experience creating ads or performance-focused content
• Can develop concepts, not just execute prompts
• Can write scripts and build strong hooks
• Know how to edit without step-by-step instructions
• Understand pacing, retention, and direct response
