About the role

Mercor AI safety practitioner: evaluate model responses for safety, factual accuracy, and policy compliance. Fully remote, up to $70/hr. 5+ years Trust & Safety or related experience.

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for safety, factual accuracy, and policy compliance
• Review content involving misinformation, political persuasion, self-harm, violence, cyber, and biosecurity
• Apply and refine evaluation rubrics for RLHF, SFT, and AI safety benchmarking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI Safety, Trust & Safety, journalism, public policy, or scientific research
