About the role

Mercor AI safety specialist / red-teamer: design adversarial prompts, find jailbreaks, and evaluate model robustness. Fully remote, up to $84/hr.

What you'll do

• Design adversarial prompts to stress-test frontier AI models
• Identify jailbreaks, unsafe behaviors, hallucinations, and policy failures
• Evaluate model robustness across misinformation, cyber, biosecurity, fraud, and political content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI Safety, AI Red Teaming, Trust & Safety, or cybersecurity
