About the role

Remote contract for a humanitarian aid specialist to design and review AI training scenarios on civilian harm and protected persons.

What you'll do

• Design, review, and refine scenarios involving civilian harm, protected persons, and the boundaries of legitimate activity.
• Ground the scenarios in international humanitarian law and humanitarian practice.
• Provide written insight that the post says will influence AI performance.

Requirements

• Field experience with organizations such as the ICRC or Red Cross, UN agencies, or major NGOs.
• Strong grounding in international humanitarian law and civilian-protection principles.
• Exceptional written English for complex case material. No prior AI experience is required.
