About the role

Remote contract for a former weapons systems operator to grade AI-generated scenarios on weapons employment and tactical decisions.

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving air defense, missile systems, naval weapons, or tactical aviation.
• Assess operational realism, weapons employment decisions, and mission procedures.
• Review scenarios against rules of engagement and the law of armed conflict.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions or technical errors and write them up.

Requirements

• Current or former military weapons systems operator with hands-on experience in air defense, missile operations, naval combat systems, or tactical aviation.
• Strong understanding of weapons employment, tactical decision-making, and military procedures.
• Ability to explain complex technical and military concepts clearly in writing.
