About the role

Miint Marketing is hiring AI Conversation Trainers to personalize AI-powered voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp agents for client accounts — shaping how each AI assistant sounds and what it knows.

What you'll do

• Personalize AI-powered voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp agents for client accounts
• Shape how an AI assistant sounds, what it knows, and how it handles real customer conversations
• Act as voice coach and knowledge-base builder for an AI receptionist, follow-up agent, and outbound caller
• Make sure each agent sounds natural, on-brand, and ready for real conversations

Requirements

• You will not be writing code
• Able to shape conversation style, knowledge, and handling of real customer conversations
• Remote role working across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp agents
• Comfortable personalizing AI agents per client business
