AI Specialist & Marketing Manager

About the role

Remote AI and marketing manager who researches, implements, and manages AI tools and automations for lead generation, listing promotion, recruiting, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Research, implement, and manage AI tools for marketing, lead generation, recruiting, and client communication.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for social, email, listing promotion, follow-up, and database nurturing.
• Create reusable prompts, templates, and systems for agents and staff.
• Connect approved tools with Follow Up Boss, websites, advertising platforms, calendars, and email.
• Train staff on approved AI tools and keep an organized prompt and SOP library.

Requirements

• Proactive, technology-driven marketer who can own AI systems, not only execute tasks.
• Ability to implement and monitor automations without leaking confidential data into unapproved public AI tools.
• Experience connecting marketing and CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss.
