CallHandlers runs AI Operations & Growth Partnership that answers phone calls and DMs for hair salons and beauty clinics in Ireland and the UK. You'll work directly with our lead developer, and your work will affect real businesses every day.

What you'll do

• CallHandlers runs AI Operations & Growth Partnership that answers phone calls and DMs for hair salons and beauty clinics in Ireland and the UK. We're a small, fast-growing team. You'll work directly with our lead developer, and your work will affect real businesses every day.
• You'll start by making sure everything we ship works. Over time you'll take on client fixes, then the voice AI side of the business. This is an entry-level role with a real path upward for someone who wants to prove themselves.
• Each day review calls and DM reports for every salon and flag anything unusual
• When a salon has a problem, read the calls and chats behind it and write up exactly what happened.

Requirements

• Hands-on n8n experience. You've built workflows yourself, not just watched tutorials
• Detail-obsessed. You notice when something is slightly off
• Reliable internet, available Monday to Friday overlapping with Irish business hours (afternoon/evening Philippine time)
• ElevenLabs(Preferably), Retell, Vapi or any voice AI platform
