About the role

A healthcare and business-operations employer is hiring a full-time remote AI & IT Specialist in the Philippines to use Claude and Claude Code for vibe coding, internal tools, and website changes. Traditional software-development experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Use Claude and Claude Code for AI-assisted or vibe coding
• Help build internal tools, dashboards, trackers, and simple applications using AI
• Turn management ideas into functional tools or prototypes
• Make changes and improvements to company websites

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines
• Highly comfortable with technology, AI tools, Microsoft Teams, websites, and troubleshooting
• Traditional software development experience is not required
