About the role

An agency is hiring an AI Systems & Automation Architect to build an AI-powered operating system: a second brain for SOPs, prompts, workflows, and n8n automations.

What you'll do

• Build an internal AI knowledge system for SOPs, prompts, and workflows
• Automate agency operations including task routing, email, support, and invoicing
• Create structured AI prompting systems
• Design scalable automations using n8n and APIs

Requirements

• This is a builder role — not a VA or basic automation position
• Experience designing AI-powered operating systems or agency automations
• Comfort with n8n, APIs, and structured prompting
