AI, Salesforce CRM & Business Automation Specialist

About the role

Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM plus AI-driven business automations, including Flows, GoHighLevel workflows, and connected systems.

What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM and connected business systems
• Create Salesforce Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions
• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, forms, funnels, SMS campaigns, and email sequences
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive CRM and operations work

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience
• Experience building and managing CRM workflows, automations, lead pipelines, reports, and dashboards
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms
• Comfortable using AI tools inside business operations
