AI Operations Assistant | Work directly with founder | Growth to full time

About the role

Right-hand operations assistant to a founder who builds AI-driven systems for a US lead-generation agency. Starts part-time with training on Claude/ChatGPT workflows; hours can grow.

What you'll do

• Data checks and cleanup in GoHighLevel, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Verify records (appointments, links, statuses) and catch what looks wrong
• Use Claude and ChatGPT as part of daily work; founder will teach workflows
• Work live on Zoom in build mode (screen share, mob-style) and follow checklists in run mode
• Over time own entire recurring processes end to end

Requirements

• Have used ChatGPT or Claude for actual work, or want to make AI tools a daily toolkit
• Detail-oriented: follow instructions exactly and flag anything that looks off
• Enjoy working live on a call with screen sharing
• Strong written and spoken English
• Available for afternoon/evening PH overlap (around 15:00-24:00) with at least 3 hours overlap
