About the role

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who specializes in AI video generation to create high-converting marketing ads and content. The ideal candidate knows how to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate engaging, viral-style ad concepts from scratch.

What you'll do

• Produce high-performing marketing ads using AI video generation tools.
• Generate engaging, viral-style ad concepts from scratch with AI avatars, UGC, animation, and voiceovers.
• Edit ads with strong hooks, audience retention, pacing, and dynamic styles.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in AI video generation tools (avatars, AI UGC, animation, voiceovers, and visual assets).
• Proficiency in traditional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Deep understanding of marketing hooks, audience retention, pacing, and dynamic ad styles.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt based on creative feedback.
