Design, test, and refine prompts for AI assistants, chatbots, and internal automation. Convert business requirements into reusable instruction templates and evaluate outputs for accuracy, tone, and safety.

• Design prompts for AI assistants, chatbots, and internal automation tools
• Convert business requirements into clear AI instructions and workflows
• Build reusable prompt templates for different teams and use cases
• Test prompts against incomplete or unexpected inputs and evaluate accuracy, tone, and safety

Requirements

• Ability to write and iterate production prompts for assistants and chatbots
• Experience testing prompts against messy user inputs
• Can evaluate model responses for hallucinations, weak reasoning, and instruction-following
• Comfort converting business requirements into AI workflows
