Legal Technology Workflow Evaluation Expert
About the role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Legal Technology Workflow Evaluation Expert to design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract-management workflows using legal technology platforms, then evaluate AI-assisted results across eDiscovery, contracts, compliance, and document automation. Part-time, worldwide-remote contractor project (about 20 hrs/week, 1-3 months) on OpenTrain's Philippines-eligible jobs page.
What you'll do
- Design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract-management workflows
- Evaluate eDiscovery, litigation support, compliance, contract, and e-signature solutions in simulated operational environments
- Review AI-generated outputs for inaccuracies, unrealistic results, workflow breakdowns, and inefficiencies
- Identify user-experience challenges, compliance concerns, privacy considerations, and operational risks
- Document findings and feedback with clear written explanations
- Recommend practical improvements to processes, workflows, and end-user experiences
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with eDiscovery, litigation support, contracts, legal research, or legal technology workflows
- Practical use of legal technology platforms in daily professional work
- Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows, contract lifecycle tools, or document automation solutions
- Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements affecting legal operations
- Ability to identify inaccurate outputs, workflow breakdowns, usability issues, inefficiencies, and operational risks
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment
