Adobe Marketing Technology Workflow Evaluator
About the role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Adobe Marketing Technology Workflow Evaluator to test simulated workflows across Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud, evaluating integrations and AI-generated outcomes from a practitioner's perspective. Remote, part-time contractor engagement (about 20 hrs/week, 1-3 months) on OpenTrain's Philippines-eligible jobs page.
What you'll do
- Test workflows using Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Experience Cloud, and related platforms
- Evaluate integrations between content, campaign, analytics, and digital experience tools
- Identify strengths, inefficiencies, gaps, inconsistencies, and unrealistic workflow outcomes
- Document observations about usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience
- Recommend practical improvements to process design and workflow configuration
- Identify AI-driven errors in workflow outputs and provide actionable written feedback
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with one or more listed Adobe marketing technology platforms
- Experience managing enterprise marketing, campaign, content, digital experience, or workflow operations
- Ability to evaluate workflow accuracy, usability, integrations, and realistic outcomes
- Skill in identifying AI-driven errors and translating observations into process recommendations
- Clear written communication for technical or AI-driven projects
- Strong professional judgment and attention to detail
