Military and Veteran Mental Health AI Reviewer
About the role
OpenTrain AI is hiring a Military and Veteran Mental Health AI Reviewer to apply clinical judgment to AI systems that handle mental-health content for service members and veterans. This worldwide, part-time remote contractor role pays $100–$300/hour for 20+ hours weekly. OpenTrain's own listing notes the role is tagged 'entry level' on the site but in practice requires completed psychiatric or clinical-psychology training.
What you'll do
- Review mental-health materials, case studies, and simulated patient interactions for clinical accuracy and sensitivity.
- Create, edit, and curate prompts, responses, and training scenarios for military/veteran mental-health contexts.
- Identify domain-specific terminology and cultural nuances relevant to service members and veterans.
- Join virtual discussions and consultative sessions to align on clinical perspectives and project goals.
- Document findings and model-improvement recommendations clearly.
Requirements
- Completed psychiatry residency, or a completed PhD in clinical psychology.
- Substantial direct patient-care experience with military personnel and/or veterans.
- Familiarity with trauma, PTSD, TBI, and adjustment disorders common among service members.
- Proficiency in a prioritized project language (including Tagalog) is valued but not required.
