About the role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a remote 3D/CGI Video Editor to create polished video, animation, and motion graphics for robotics and educational AI training media. The role combines traditional video editing craft with AI generation tools to build audiovisual assets used in AI development. This is a contractor engagement through OpenTrain, an AI training and data-labeling marketplace.
What you'll do
- Edit and assemble high-quality 3D/CGI video content for robotics and educational media
- Apply animation, motion graphics, and visual effects to strengthen visual storytelling
- Perform audio editing and audiovisual compositing
- Organize complex project files using effective post-production workflows
- Collaborate remotely and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Iterate on assets and prepare optimized video materials for machine learning applications
Requirements
- Extensive professional or client-environment experience with 3D/CGI and animation-based editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Ability to incorporate feedback and deliver polished multimedia assets on deadline
