AI Operations Specialist - LLM & Conversation Systems

About the role

Remote full-time operator who onboards clients and tunes production LLM SMS conversations for a telehealth lead-recovery platform. US hours.

What you'll do

• Onboard new clients and configure AI conversation systems, webhooks, and knowledge bases
• Monitor live AI-generated conversations and identify errors and missed opportunities
• Diagnose AI failure modes and improve prompts and system behavior
• Measure whether changes actually improve conversion

Requirements

• Has run LLM systems in production
• Understands how to continuously monitor, troubleshoot, test, and improve conversation systems
• This is not a theoretical AI role
• Able to work U.S. business hours
