About the role

Pomelo is placing an operations analyst with a healthcare startup that runs an AI voice call-center agent for clinics. The work is reviewing those calls, finding issues and trends, and writing reports.

What you'll do

• Review customer calls handled by the client's AI voice agent.
• Identify issues and trends in those calls.
• Prepare reports for internal teams and clients.
• Work with customer service, quality assurance, and product on what the calls show.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented call analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to meet daily reporting deadlines.
• Previous overnight or graveyard shift experience is listed as nice-to-have, not required.
