Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist
About the role
The Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist supports Global Operations by leading change-management delivery and building practical AI fluency. The role analyzes impacts, drives adoption of AI-enabled and data solutions, and delivers applied-usage programs so employees use approved AI tools confidently and responsibly.
What you'll do
- Assess organizational, process, and role-level impacts of proposed changes and run readiness assessments
- Lead change and adoption on AI-enabled, advanced technology, and data solution deployments
- Develop and execute change-management plans including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead foundational and advanced AI learning tracks for Global Operations employees
- Translate enterprise AI direction into enablement roadmaps and adoption approaches
- Partner with functional teams to progress AI use cases from idea to everyday use
Requirements
- This is a dual-discipline enablement and change-management role supporting Global Operations
- The role is based in the Philippines and supports stakeholders across the Global Operations footprint
- Must operate effectively without embedded supervision and defend prioritization across competing demands
