What you'll do
- Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
- Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
- Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
- Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
- Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
