AI Operations Manager
About the role
As AI Operations Manager, you'll manage and grow a team of editors responsible for ensuring all AI-generated images meet Snappr's quality standards. You'll use analytics to drive editor productivity and partner with product and operations teams to launch and scale new AI-content initiatives. Full-time, onsite leadership role in Ortigas overseeing a large editing team.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of high-performing editors
- Utilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in the editing process
- Maximize editor productivity with a mix of training and tool-building
- Work closely with product and operations teams to launch and operationalize new AI products
- Develop and optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing large teams (50+ employees)
- Experience using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making
- Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational strategy
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, and Design
- Passion for AI, digital content, and operational excellence
- Must be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
