AI Operations Team Lead
About the role
As Operations Team Lead for Snappr's AI Ops team, you'll guide and empower a team of Photo Editors producing AI-enhanced visual content, driving KPIs and process improvements. You'll act as the escalation point for the team and report to the Senior Operations Manager. Full-time, onsite role on a mid-shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to processes
- Manage and mentor a team of Specialists
- Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets performance targets
- Design and implement performance improvement plans
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions
- Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience effectively managing and leading a team
- Demonstrated experience driving and achieving KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not a hard requirement
- Must be willing to report onsite every day and work a mid-shift schedule
