Webflow Developer & AI Integration Specialist
About the role
The Webflow & AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow, while also integrating AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance user experience, content management, and automation. This hybrid role combines modern web design expertise with AI technology integration to support dynamic, scalable digital products and marketing experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with both front-end skills and a passion for emerging AI technologies.
What you'll do
- Design and develop visually engaging, responsive websites using Webflow.
- Customize Webflow CMS and collections to meet design and content requirements.
- Implement advanced animations, interactions, and dynamic content using Webflow's native tools.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway, Jasper) into websites or workflows for chatbots, content generation, personalization, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate ideas into interactive digital experiences.
- Maintain and optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Build automated workflows using AI and no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable).
- Monitor performance and user behavior through analytics platforms and suggest data-informed improvements.
- Stay current on Webflow updates, AI technology trends, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and documentation for internal stakeholders or clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) designing and developing websites with Webflow.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (even within no-code environments).
- Experience integrating AI tools and APIs into websites or marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, Figma, and responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and user-focused design thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
