Remote AI Enablement Analyst: Drive AI Adoption
About the role
SupportNinja is seeking an AI Business Analyst to enable AI initiatives across business and technical teams. You will document workflows, map data flows, and assess readiness for AI adoption, collaborating across stakeholders and driving process improvements. You will gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and help prioritize AI-enabled solutions while learning new systems and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
What you'll do
- Work closely with stakeholders across business, engineering, security, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
- Document current-state workflows and end-to-end processes across departments.
- Map systems, data sources, ownership, access permissions, and data flows.
- Identify data readiness gaps including data governance and quality.
- Support prioritization of findings and recommendations for AI enablement.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management and Data Analysis.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Requirements gathering and documentation; process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Gap analysis and root cause analysis; business process improvement; user stories and UAT; stakeholder management.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts; knowledge of Generative AI tools; prompt engineering; AI governance; cloud basics.
