Head of AI

About the role

Head of Data Science & AI for a global fintech, based in Manila. Lead a 20–30 person team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists and ship production AI across credit, fraud, risk, personalisation, and operations.

What you'll do

• Own AI strategy, roadmap and delivery
• Ship production AI across credit, fraud, risk, personalisation, customer experience and operations
• Lead the full lifecycle from experimentation through deployment, monitoring and measurable impact
• Set technical direction across ML, GenAI, MLOps, cloud and data platforms
• Lead a high-performing team of around 20–30 data scientists, ML engineers and AI specialists

Requirements

• A strong record of shipping AI/ML products into production at scale
• Clear commercial, customer or operational results
• Deep technical credibility combined with executive-level leadership
• Experience building and leading substantial AI or data-science teams
• Role is based in Manila; relocation required for international candidates
