What you'll do
- Build, refine, and maintain a team of 10 specialized AI employees.
- Create reliable workflows using ChatGPT/OpenAI tools plus Zapier, Make, n8n, or comparable automation platforms.
- Turn business outcomes into repeatable AI workflows, not just one-off prompts.
- Document every workflow with clear SOPs, inputs, outputs, owners, QA checks, and escalation rules.
- Monitor AI outputs for quality, hallucinations, missing context, stale data, and process failures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and AI workflow design.
- Strong experience with at least one automation platform: Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, data mapping, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Excellent written English and strong SOP/documentation skills.
- Able to test your own work and explain why a workflow is reliable.
