About the role
Workflow engineer who builds end-to-end automations in code and helps evolve an internal workflow-builder AI. Not an IT-support or low-code specialist seat.
What you'll do
- Build automation workflows end-to-end from structured tickets.
- Implement triggers, actions, branching, retries, idempotency, failure handling, and rollback.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
- Write JavaScript-based workflow logic and test against real-world edge cases.
- Help evolve internal tooling, including the workflow builder AI.
Requirements
- Strong engineering mindset; comfortable reading and writing real code.
- Thinks in logic, systems, and failure modes.
- Prefers correctness over shortcuts.
- Can work independently from clear specifications.
- Not an IT-support or low-code-only automation specialist.
