The immediate priority is automating monthly client reporting, including data integration across multiple marketing platforms, performance analysis, AI generated insights, and PowerPoint report creation. Additional opportunities include automating project management, SEO workflows, client onboarding, and marketing operations. The agency wants a proven AI automation expert, not an entry-level prompt role. The person works directly with senior agency leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI solutions that improve the agency's operational efficiency.
• Automate monthly client reporting, including data integration, performance analysis, AI-generated insights, and PowerPoint reports.
• Look at further automation for project management, SEO workflows, client onboarding, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI automation, not an entry-level prompt role.
• Ability to integrate data across multiple marketing platforms.
• Able to produce AI-generated insights and finished PowerPoint reports.
