About the role

An agricultural business wants a repeatable system that turns its own footage into mostly finished social videos, plus training so the team can run it. The output should use their footage, not AI avatars or AI voices.

What you'll do

• Transcribe footage and pick the strongest moments.
• Generate hooks and assemble edits from the company's own b-roll.
• Apply a consistent brand look and export short vertical, LinkedIn-length, and longer YouTube cuts.
• Leave a review step before posting. No AI avatars, AI voices, or generic stock footage.
• Hand over with recorded training, plain-English docs, and 1–2 months of light support.

Requirements

• Strong video editing portfolio with pacing, hooks, and b-roll.
• Proven automated or AI-assisted video workflows, for example Claude Code, Remotion, Descript, Make, or Zapier.
• Able to teach a non-technical team.
• Set up accounts and tools under the company's ownership.
• A paid trial of 3 clips from one raw interview is acceptable before the full project.
