Train an Insurance Broker's AI Agent on Carrier Payables Exceptions

Posted 3d ago

About the role

Train an insurance broker's AI agent on how to manage carrier payables exceptions. We're building an AI agent that helps a wholesale insurance broker's premium accounting team clear the items that get stuck before a carrier is paid: missing carrier invoices, commission and premium discrepancies, wrong due dates, wrong carrier codes, items not in the system, partial payments and the rest.

What you'll do

  • Train an insurance broker's AI agent on how to manage carrier payables exceptions.
  • We're building an AI agent that helps a wholesale insurance broker's premium accounting team clear the items that get stuck before a carrier is paid: missing carrier invoices, commission and premium discrepancies, wrong due dates, wrong carrier codes, items not in the system, partial payments and the rest.
  • You'll spend 30 to 45 minutes speaking with our voice AI agent and teaching it how you'd handle them: what you check first, the call you'd make, who you'd contact and what you'd say, how long you'd wait, and when it has to go to a person.
  • This is a paid consultation, not an interview.
  • You do it on your own schedule using a link we send after hire.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in carrier payables, premium accounting or agency bill reconciliation at a broker, wholesaler, MGA or agency
  • You've worked an exception or aging report and chased discrepancies with producers and carriers
  • The session is with an AI voice host, not a person, and the full session is recorded and transcribed.
  • Rapid Cloud Apps, Inc. keeps the recording and transcript and uses what you share for research and to build AI products, including training AI models and commercial products.
