AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Upwork: use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit) to build an RFP-tracking and opportunity-intelligence platform that pulls public RFPs, reads attachments, and analyzes them.

What you'll do

• Build a working RFP tracking and opportunity-intelligence platform using AI coding tools.
• Pull public RFP and Form 470 opportunities from USAC.
• Monitor selected regional education and procurement websites.
• Analyze attached PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and scanned files with AI.
• Test the work and deliver a completed solution.

Requirements

• Experienced using ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or similar to build working apps.
• Does not need to be a traditional software developer.
• Able to follow instructions, test work, and own delivery.
• Comfortable turning business requirements into functional automations.
