AI and High Level Assistant

About the role

A chiropractic practice owner and coach is hiring a GoHighLevel + AI implementation assistant to turn ideas into working automations, funnels, and AI-assisted follow-up — not a basic VA role.

What you'll do

• Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and pipelines.
• Create email and SMS nurture campaigns and workflow automations.
• Help leverage GHL AI and automation for lead generation, follow-up, and client experience.
• Explore and implement AI agents, MCP connections, and AI-powered lead qualification.
• Set up AI-assisted content workflows, meeting transcription, and CRM automation.
• Use Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, or similar integration tools.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Comfortable with technology and automation; not a basic VA.
• Genuinely interested in AI — not someone who simply uses ChatGPT to write emails.
• You do not need to already be an expert in every listed tool.
• You do need to enjoy figuring things out.
