About the role

InterCapital Funding needs a part-time developer/architect to design a proprietary AI-powered lending operations platform, including LLM integration, database architecture, and document automation.

What you'll do

• Help design and build a proprietary AI-powered lending operations platform.
• Implement AI/LLM integration.
• Design database architecture.
• Build rules-based workflows and API connections.
• Implement document automation.

Requirements

• Experienced developer/architect who can help design and build the platform.
• Ability to work on AI/LLM integration, database architecture, rules-based workflows, APIs, and document automation.
• Experience with mortgage, lending, fintech, or real estate technology is a strong plus.
• Part-time role supporting ongoing development.
