Founding AI Agent & Automation Engineer

About the role

Founding engineer to stand up a personal AI operating system on a Mac mini with OpenClaw, LLMs, MCP, memory, and approval-gated automations.

What you'll do

• Configure a dedicated Mac mini and install OpenClaw plus the OpenClaw Gateway
• Connect AI models and establish persistent services
• Design the AI's memory and context architecture
• Build secure tool access, MCP, API integrations, and automation workflows
• Establish logging, monitoring, backups, and approval gates

Requirements

• Technical builder who can architect an AI system — not an executive assistant or basic chatbot project
• Experience with OpenClaw, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and automation workflows
• Able to implement secure integrations and permission/approval gates
