Content Creator / Story Producer - build illustrated safety-training stories with AI

About the role

Run an AI storybook pipeline for industrial safety-training modules: turn a brief into a story, storyboard, generated frames, and finished narrated video. Stories are built almost entirely with an in-house AI pipeline.

What you'll do

• Take a brief and find the story in it: characters, setting, a sequence of beats that teaches every objective
• Write the storyboard: shot by shot, with natural dialogue and narration, in our established format
• Generate the frames with our AI pipeline, in a locked art style with our recurring cast
• Iterate until it's right: check every frame and every line against the learning objectives and the customer's references
• Brief our 2D artists on frames that need hand correction, and review what comes back
• Assemble the result into video: timing, pacing, holds, syncing narration to picture
• Run several modules in parallel and keep each one moving

Requirements

• Story craft - you can write a tight scene with dialogue that sounds like people talking, not a compliance manual
• Visual storytelling - you think in shots
• Real fluency with AI tools - LLMs for drafting, image generation as a daily instrument
• Detail discipline - you work from reference photos and spec sheets
• Clear coordination - you can brief an artist precisely
• The ability to read dry source material and pull a human story out of it
• Reliable communication and availability with some overlap with UK working hours
