• Automate member and volunteer management, social media ecosystems, webinars, and community engagement.
• Work directly with the directors on systems that scale across multiple countries and cultures.

Requirements

• Local cultural awareness is a plus for the Philippines expansion.
• Able to design, automate, and scale entire operations rather than only maintain existing workflows.
• Full-time availability with flexible hours.
• Comfortable in a paid trial-to-permanent role with training and support.
