AI, Automation & Marketing Operations Assistant

About the role

RevLoft is hiring a part-time (~20 hrs/week) founder right-hand whose primary strength is building automations (GHL, n8n, Make, Zapier) plus marketing ops and AI-assisted content.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automations using GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Connect forms, calendars, CRMs, email platforms, Slack, and other software.
• Work with webhooks, APIs, filters, conditional logic, and data mapping.
• Use AI tools to make internal and client processes faster.
• Help build and test webinar, VSL, lead-generation, and appointment-booking funnels.

Requirements

• Have previous experience building marketing automations.
• Are comfortable using GoHighLevel and at least one of n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Regularly use AI tools for research, writing, problem-solving, or automation.
• Have strong written English and communicate clearly.
