AI & Automation Assistant + Dev

About the role

Sequoya is hiring two grow-into seats — Delivery Lead and Junior Engineer — to help deliver AI agent builds for clients. Starting pay is $1,000 AUD a month and the team works with AI agents daily.

What you'll do

• Build and configure agent systems: automations, integrations, agent workflows.
• Connect APIs, webhooks, and the tools clients run on.
• Own the build schedule and keep client builds moving as you grow into a Delivery Lead seat.
• Document what you built so the next person is not guessing.
• Work closely with the founder and use your own AI agent to plan and get things done.

Requirements

• You do not need to have done the exact job before.
• What matters is that you are technical, hungry, and good at working things out.
• Applications without a video will not be considered.
• Send a short video under 10 minutes covering which role you fit, something you have built, and how you work out a new tool.
