AI Systems Administrator
About the role
Administer Copilot, Claude, and Azure-hosted AI for a Berry Virtual client. The systems administrator owns access, integrations, cost tracking, and Tier 2/3 support for those platforms.
What you'll do
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, firm-built Azure-hosted AI) — availability, performance, policy compliance
- Work with APIs, connectors, and automation tools to enable secure, approved data access for AI systems
- Monitor AI platform usage, performance, and cost; assist with cost tracking, reporting, and allocation
- Implement role-based access control, audit logging, and data protection controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration, platform support, or enterprise IT operations
- Experience administering cloud/SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment
