AI Compliance & Governance Manager

About the role

Berry Virtual is hiring an AI Compliance & Governance Manager in the Philippines (remote) to operationalize enterprise AI governance.

What you'll do

• Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework — translating AI policy and regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Coordinate AI governance work across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business teams.
• Track AI regulatory requirements and map them to Berry’s AI systems and processes.
• Enable consistent application of AI policy across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in AI governance, compliance, privacy, or related risk functions.
• Ability to translate AI policy and regulation into operational practice.
• Remote, Philippines-based.
• Strong written English.
