Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Team)
About the role
Bridgit is hiring a senior full-stack engineer in Cebu to build ATLAS, its multi-agent orchestration platform, including RAG pipelines.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain production-ready multi-agent systems on ATLAS
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
- Design multi-agent workflows for Bridgit’s lending platform
- Contribute hands-on to the AI team’s production systems
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science
- Experience contributing to AI solutions running in production
- Familiarity with multi-agent patterns
